Terms of Use for Business Courses and Management Training

These terms govern the use of our online courses and training offerings in the field of business and management. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope and Subject of the Contract

These terms of use apply to all digital courses, webinars, and training materials offered by MMM Holding GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") in the field of business strategy and management training. The subject of the contract includes the provision of learning content aimed at imparting business knowledge and strategic skills.

The courses serve professional development and teach methods for analyzing business processes, developing corporate strategies, and optimizing management structures. No guarantee is given for specific business results, such as profit increases or market success.

2. Rights and Obligations of Users

As a user, after successful registration, you will receive access to the booked course content for the duration of the agreed license period. The content is intended exclusively for personal use. Passing on, reproducing, or making the course materials publicly accessible without the written consent of the provider is prohibited.

You undertake to treat your access data confidentially and not to grant unauthorized access to third parties. In the event of violations of these obligations, the provider reserves the right to block access and, if necessary, claim damages.

3. Limitation of Liability

The provider is fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the user may regularly rely.

Liability for indirect damages, in particular lost profits or data loss, is excluded unless these were caused by intent or gross negligence. The course content is created with the greatest possible care; however, no guarantee is given for the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided.

4. Payment Terms and Right of Withdrawal

The fee for the booked courses is due according to the chosen payment method (one-time payment or installment payment). All prices are in euros and include statutory value-added tax. In the event of late payment, the provider is entitled to block access to the courses until full payment is received.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. After full access to the course content, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB (German Civil Code). Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration.

5. Termination and Contract End

For indefinite subscriptions, the notice period is 30 days to the end of the current billing period. For fixed-term courses, the contract ends automatically upon expiry of the agreed term. The provider may terminate the contract without notice for good cause, particularly in the event of a breach of the terms of use or late payment of more than 30 days.

After termination of the contract, access to the course content expires. Amounts already paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, provided the termination was not caused by the user.

6. Changes to the Terms

The provider reserves the right to change these terms of use with effect for the future, insofar as this is necessary for legal or technical reasons. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least four weeks before they come into effect. If the user does not object within two weeks of receipt of the notification, the changed terms are deemed accepted.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact our customer service at info@mmmholding.com or by phone at (0771) 400 5861. For legal matters, our data protection officer is available at the address Voigtstr. 5.
